For established women-led service businesses

You paid to be in the room. Your website decides what it was worth.

The speaking, the conferences, the ads, the client who spent 20 minutes recommending you. All of it ends with someone looking you up. We rebuild websites so that first look confirms the recommendation.

5x more organic visitors

Average across 36 rebuilds tracked since 2022, without writing a single new blog post.

70+

Service businesses and mission-led organizations, across Canada and US.

THE PROBLEM

Your website is stuck in a chapter you've already closed.

The booth, the flights, the ad budget, the free podcast you did as a favour. None of it costs you any less when the look-up goes badly.

I don’t run your marketing. I make sure what you’re already running has somewhere worth landing.

MEET STEPH

I'm Steph, and I'm the one you'll actually talk to.

I’ve spent over a decade building websites for established service businesses, and for a good stretch of it I was building the wrong thing well. Gorgeous sites that did almost nothing. I called them pretty paperweights: they got compliments and no enquiries.

What changed was learning that the results come from the structure underneath: how it’s organized, how plainly it speaks, and whether every visitor can use it from the first click.

When you work with me, you’re not handing a brief to a builder. You’re getting judgment about what your site should do and why.

WHY CLARITY

What makes the difference isn't the part you can see.

Inclusive design, built in rather than bolted on.

I hold the CPACC, the professional certification in accessibility core competencies. It’s usually put to work inside big institutions, and I’m bringing that rigour to boutique sites. The structural choice and the business result are the same choice.

Your old pages come with you.

Every page mapped before launch, so saved links keep working. Skipping this is how a rebuild loses the traffic it already had.

You're not locked to me.

It's WordPress, built on widely used tools. Any WordPress developer can take it over if you leave.

Google and AI tools should get you right.

Every page says plainly who you help and what you do. We check that your online profiles tell the same story.

What actually changed

The result usually isn't the redesign.

Divorce Matters

The site looked the same after the rebuild. The traffic didn't. A faster foundation with better structure took organic visitors from 77 to 409 within 90 days, without changing how the site looked to the people who already knew her.

95% of Dr. Keirsten's traffic was landing on pages that no longer existed, on a site she had given up on after years of designers who never delivered. We fixed every one of those, and grew organic visitors from 62 to 466.

How we work together

You don't have to know what you need yet.

Your reputation has grown. Make the site catch up.

Website Rebuilds. Your current site rebuilt into one that attracts the right clients and positions you where you're actually operating.

Hand off the site so you can do your actual work.

Care Plans. Your site is monitored around the clock. Choose how much else you hand off.

One fix, handled fast, without a full project.

VIP Days. A specific result, delivered fast, without committing to a full rebuild.

Start fresh, or replace a site that never worked.

New Websites. Start fresh, or replace a site that never did anything. For a first site, a business you've relaunched, or the Squarespace, Wix or Showit site nobody has touched in years.

REAL RESULTS

From clients who've been there.

Her messaging had grown. The site hadn't.

"My brand and messaging had grown and evolved, but the site hadn't caught up. It no longer reflected who we are or the work we're here to do. The site now feels fully aligned, with intuitive navigation and a beautiful look and feel that's received wonderful feedback."

Every target met, on the timeline quoted.

"The scope of the work was outlined clearly, as were the timelines and costs. All targets were met and I am thrilled with the finished product. I'm so grateful to have worked with a team of honest professionals who communicated clearly, worked with integrity and with a spirit of collaboration."

THE PROCESS

Here's what working together actually looks like.

01

We talk it through.

A free 15-minute call. What you have, what's working, what isn't.

02

You decide.

A clear proposal with options, and no surprises in it.

03

We handle it.

Clear milestones, and someone handling the parts you'd rather not think about.

04

Your site works.

Launch something you're proud to share, then get back to the work only you can do.

Free 15-minute call. No obligation.

The part you're dreading

You're not writing this, and you're not managing it.

A couple of scheduled calls and one round of review. The words get drafted for you, so you’re editing rather than starting at a blank page.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This works best when a few things are true.

Your business runs on referrals

and you want the site to hold up when they check it.

You want it built properly

and then managed by someone who gets it.

Approval

You see your website as infrastructure

rather than a brochure.

Not a fit:

It isn’t a fit if the cheapest option is your top priority, or you’d rather work with someone who disappears after launch.

For funded and mission-led organizations

Your website has to work for the people you exist to serve.

We build for nonprofits, First Nations and community organizations. When your mandate is serving people, a website that shuts some of them out contradicts the work rather than falling short of a standard.

No internal technical capacity needed, during the project or after. If you answer to a board, a council or a funder, you get something you can put in front of them.

"It's ironic, and perhaps a little embarrassing, that as an organisation that advocates and teaches DEIA&B to leaders, we had not considered accessibility in our website structure."

Still thinking it over? That's fair.

No one can promise that, and I'd be wary of anyone who does. What we control is whether your site is clear: plain language, clean structure, and details that match across your online profiles. That gives search and AI tools something accurate to work from. It's the same kind of work behind the organic growth in our client stories.

Most rebuilds are completed in 6 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we receive your content. If you need something specific done faster, VIP Days are built for exactly that.

No. For a rebuild, the words get drafted for you, so you're editing rather than starting at a blank page. Depending on the option you choose, that's a first draft from us or a professional conversion copywriter. If you already have copy you love, we'll work with it.

I hear this a lot. Here's what's different: a clear proposal with options and no surprises, a project timeline you can see, and a Loom walkthrough at every review point so you can respond at your own pace. And I'm the person you'll talk to from start to finish.

That's what VIP Days are for. We scope exactly what needs to happen and get it done in a single focused session. Sometimes a targeted fix is all that's needed, and I'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

Yes, and it's a good part of what we do. Every site is built to WCAG guidelines from the start, by someone who holds the CPACC. Bring your board's or funder's questions to the Clarity Call and we'll go through them.

Yes. Most of our clients are in Canada and the US, with a few elsewhere. US clients pay in USD with no tax, and Canadian clients pay in CAD plus GST/HST. If you sell into another country, bring it up on the Clarity Call and we'll make sure the site suits the people you serve there.

You've done the work. Let your website show it.

Book a free 15-minute Clarity Call.

We’ll look at what you have, what’s not working, and whether we’re a good fit.
