Every update is reviewed before and after it's applied. If something changes on your site, we catch it, not your clients. Most providers run updates automatically and find out about problems when you do. That's not how we work.

Protect

Strong security and 24/7 unlimited edits, with someone reliable on the other end.

You need regular content changes, don’t want to touch WordPress, and want strong security with reliable support on the other end.
What you'll have:
- Weekly updates, daily backups and 24/7 emergency support. The full foundation, included.
- Unlimited edits, anytime. Most requests answered within 2 to 6 hours and resolved within 24 to 48 hours. No hourly fees, no waiting. Unlimited covers changing what’s already on your site, including rolling out updated branding or swapping in new headshots. Building something new, or writing it for you, is a VIP Day.

Perform

- Edit requests scoped before work starts. If a change would work against what a page was built to do, I’ll say so before it’s made rather than after

What Partner adds beyond Perform.
The practical difference is the direction of communication. With Perform, you reach out when something needs doing. With Partner, I’m already thinking about your site before you ask.
In practice that means someone reading your numbers between reports and arriving with recommendations, instead of waiting for you to notice something feels off and scope the fix.
It also changes what happens when you send an edit. At Protect and Perform, you send a change and my team makes it. At Partner, I look at it first. If a change would pull the site out of line with your brand, or work against what a page was built to do, I’ll tell you before it goes live and suggest a better way to get what you’re after.

Some Care Plan clients didn’t start with us. If your WordPress site needs looking after and a rebuild isn’t right yet, we’ll take it on once we’ve checked we can support it well.
Some sites need work before ongoing maintenance makes sense. Years of plugin sprawl, half-finished installs, settings nobody can account for. If yours is one of those we’ll tell you on the call, and a VIP Day is usually the fastest way to get it stable.

We don’t take on sites with extensive custom code beyond standard WordPress, problematic hosting setups, severe security compromises, or critical issues that can’t be addressed first.

Common questions
Yes, for monthly plans. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Partner is an annual commitment billed monthly. If you'd like to move to a different tier, we'll discuss timing and transition at renewal.

An edit is a change to what's already on your site. Text and images on any page, banners, headers and footers, plugin settings, styling and CSS tweaks, blog posts, formatting a landing page, coupon codes, shopping cart updates.
What it doesn't cover is building something new or writing it for you. New pages built from a design, custom code, new plugins or themes, graphic design and content creation all sit outside it. Those are VIP Day work, and I'll tell you which side of the line your request falls on before anything gets billed.
No. Hosting is optional on Maintain and Protect. It's included with Perform and Partner because performance optimization requires control of the server environment.
No. Unlimited edits are included from Protect upward. Maintain clients can request edits at our discounted hourly rate, or upgrade to Protect for unlimited edits.
These Care Plans are WordPress-specific. We offer consultation, optimization services, and support for other platforms. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
We're not an IT desk, but we can often help with configuration and MX record updates.

Monthly plans (Maintain, Protect, Perform) can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Partner is an annual commitment, billed monthly.
No website is ever 100% issue-free, but we stand by our work. Our promise is to build you a site that's reliable and clear, designed for long-term success. And if something goes sideways, we're here to help. This is a partnership, not a handoff.

The short version: Perform responds, Partner anticipates.
Not always. Care Plans maintain what's already working. They don't fix a site whose structure, copy, or strategy is the real problem. If your site is losing referrals because the message no longer fits, or because it's slow and clunky in ways that updates can't address, a Website Rebuild is likely the better starting point. We'll tell you on the Clarity Call which one fits.
