When a VIP Day makes sense
One thing, completely.
A full rebuild takes weeks and covers everything. A VIP Day covers one thing, completely. A senior strategist and developer working only on your site, start to finish.
It assumes the site underneath is sound. If the foundation is right and you need something built, connected or fixed on top of it, that’s a focused block of work rather than a project.
They also work well for clearing a backlog on an established site, the list of small things that built up while you were busy. A Care Plan stops that list forming. A VIP Day clears the one you already have.
It's the work that falls between people.
Too technical to hand your VA, too small to hire a developer for. So it sits, sometimes for months, because it doesn’t fit anyone’s job. That in-between is exactly what a VIP Day is for.
If you’ve been told you’ll need a separate tech person, you probably don’t.
Right for you if:
- Your site is built on a foundation that works, and you need something added, fixed or connected on top of it
- You have a defined project
- You want it completed in a single focused block
- You have a deadline that needs fast turnaround
A VIP Day isn't right if:
- The changes would affect how the whole site works. If moving one thing means rethinking your navigation, your structure, or how people move through the site, that's a rebuild.
- Your positioning or your offers have changed significantly. New words on an old structure don't hold, and that's a rebuild too.
- You're not yet sure what needs to happen. A Clarity Call is the better starting point.
- Your project needs ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time block. A Care Plan is built for that.
- You're already on a care plan with unlimited edits. Ask before you book, because a lot of what people come to a VIP Day for is already covered.
What we handle
The work most web providers won't touch.
Broken forms. Slow load times. The integration your previous developer said would need a specialist. Most of what clients bring to a VIP Day falls outside what standard web designers take on.
Common examples of what a VIP Day covers:
- Branding and visual refresh. Rolling out new brand colours, fonts and styling across your existing pages, and swapping in updated images or headshots. Applying a brand you already have, not creating one from scratch. If you’re on a care plan with unlimited edits, this is already included.
- Email marketing integration. Connecting Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign and similar to your site: signup forms, embeds, and the connection between your site and your email tool. Building lists and automations inside those tools is work your VA can handle. We connect them to your site.
- Course and membership platforms. Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable and similar.
- Payment processing. Connecting and configuring Stripe, PayPal, Square or WooCommerce checkout on your site. You’ll need an active account with the provider. We handle the integration.
- Scheduling and CRMs. Calendly, Acuity, HoneyBook, Dubsado, 17hats and similar.
- Automation. Zapier workflows, webhook connections and basic API integrations.
- Advanced forms. Multi-step, conditional logic, and the fiddly configurations that make forms actually useful.
Integrations need active accounts and access on your side. We’ll confirm exactly what’s required before your day, so nothing stalls once we start.
How a VIP Day actually runs.
A full day is 8 to 10 hours of focused work, usually spread across 2 to 3 days. That’s deliberate. Domain and hosting changes need time to settle, and if you’re in another timezone you need to be able to answer a question without the whole thing stopping. You get the same hours either way, with room to do the work properly.
A half day is a half day, done in one sitting.

Half-Day VIP

- Integrate payment buttons or donation forms
- Create and style custom contact or application forms
- Adjust navigation and internal linking
- Install and configure new plugins
- On-page SEO review and implementation
All prices in the currency confirmed on your Clarity Call. Partner Care Plan clients receive a discount on VIP Days, confirmed on your call. VIP Days are implementation work on existing WordPress sites, not deep messaging or brand-new content creation. Some advanced features may require separate third-party subscriptions.
Already on a care plan?
A lot of VIP Days are booked by clients who already work with us, and the reason depends on the plan.
On Maintain, edits aren’t included, so a VIP Day is how a bigger piece of work gets done properly rather than in pieces.
On Protect and above, your edits are covered. Editing means changing what’s already on your site. A VIP Day is for the work that goes past that: new pages built from a design, new functionality, content written for you, anything that needs custom code.
If you’re not sure which side of that line your list falls on, ask. It costs you nothing to find out it was included.
FAQ
VIP Days typically book 3-4 weeks out. If you have an urgent deadline, let us know. We occasionally have last-minute availability.
If it's something we can genuinely finish, we finish it. That's on us and there's no extra charge.
Sometimes a day runs long for reasons neither of us controls: a decision that needs your approval, or a technical complication that only shows up once we're in there. In that case we talk about it first, and you either add hours at my standard rate or book a second half or full day. Nothing extra gets charged without your approval in advance.
Yes, for updates to existing design. If you need a complete redesign or all-new branding, a Website Rebuild is a better fit.
Yes, as part of a Full-Day VIP Intensive. Bring your copy and we'll build the layout, integrations, and automation setup in one focused day. We don't offer sales pages as a standalone service because most of the value is in the integration work that makes the page actually convert, and that's what a VIP Day is built for.
