That is $149 a month, starting at launch, and it covers monitoring, backups, software updates and a monthly report from your analytics. Hosting is included with the build for your first year. After that, hosting is $25 a month, or $295 for the year.

How it works
Every website starts with your positioning, before any design. Visual design ages. A clear message and a sound structure don’t.

Book a 15-minute Clarity Call. We look at what you have and what it has actually earned. I'll tell you whether a new build is the right call.
Positioning first.
You complete the Positioning Blueprint, a workbook covering what you sell, who you are for, and where you want to go. I refine it, then we draft your copy from your own words rather than handing you a blank page. A professional copywriter joins here if you are adding one.
Design and build.
The layout is built around your business and the decision you want people to make, and it works for everyone from the first line. You will not be paying someone to fix that later, because there will be nothing to fix.
Launch and after.
You get a recorded walkthrough of your own site before launch, then 30 days of support for questions and minor edits. Your care plan starts at launch and runs alongside that, so the site is monitored, backed up and updated from its first day live.

WordPress, on the Astra theme. Nothing about your site is locked to me or my agency. What gets built on top of that foundation is designed around your business rather than chosen from a set of layouts.
We use the same foundation on every site on purpose. It is fast, it holds up well for accessibility, and any WordPress developer can work on it if you ever move on from us.
Then the first question is whether it is worth keeping. A rebuild carries your old pages, links and search history across. That is real work and it is worth paying for when there is something to carry. If your current site has never brought you anything, there is nothing to protect and a fresh build is both faster and better. We look at it together on the call.
Up to 5. That usually covers home, about, services, contact, and one more chosen for your business. If you need more, we scope it on the Clarity Call and you get the number then.
Yes, on both, for the first year. It is $149 a month, billed separately from the build, and it starts at launch. A new site needs looking after while it settles. Hosting is included until year 2. After the first year it is your call.

A rebuild carries your old pages, your links and your search history across to the new site. Moving all that without losing what the site has earned is the harder job, and it is most of what you are paying for.
A new build has nothing to carry, so the same money buys more pages instead. Authority starts at 5. A Foundation rebuild covers up to 5.

We can work with that. Adding the Clarity Positioning Blueprint to either package helps you clarify your voice, define your ideal client, and develop clear positioning before design begins. If you also need a logo or brand visuals, that's available as an add-on too.
Every site we build is designed with clear structure and logical code from the ground up. This isn't a separate upgrade. It's how we build. Sites that work well for all visitors also tend to perform better in search, so the benefits compound.

Continued ranking growth depends on content and consistency over time, which we can support through a Care Plan if you'd like.
Yes, and we build specifically so that you can. You'll receive a recorded tutorial showing you exactly how to manage your site. Many clients eventually choose a Care Plan so they don't have to think about it. Either works.
Yes, and plenty of clients do. Most start with one page because that is what the business needs right now, then move to a multi-page site a year or two later. Nothing gets rebuilt when you do.
